We encourage you to repurpose or recycle your candle jars once you’ve enjoyed your candle to the fullest.
When your candle burns down to about 1/2 inch from the bottom of the jar, it’s time to stop using it to avoid overheating the container.
To safely remove any leftover wax:
1. Place the jar in the microwave for about 10 seconds. This will soften the remaining wax. Use caution as the jar may become hot.
Alternatively, place the jar in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes to soften the wax.
2. Clean the jar with warm, soapy water to remove any remaining wax and residue. Dry it thoroughly.
3. Once cleaned, your jar is ready to be repurposed for storage, decoration, or any creative project you have in mind! If repurposing isn’t for you, please recycle the jar according to your local recycling guidelines.
