Recyclable and reusable
Each of my plantable Bloom Cards is recycled and reusable. Printed onto recycled cotton paper that is embedded with seeds, they can be planted to grow beautiful, bee friendly flowers for the garden. Easy to grow, they’re perfect for plant and nature lovers and a lovely way of sending a little extra gift in your card.
Within my collection, you will find a range of modern, colourful greetings card designs for every occasion. Whether you want to send some birthday wishes, celebrate someone’s achievements or simply let someone know you’re there for them, I’ve got you covered. You can even save on postage and have your message handwritten inside your card and delivered straight to your recipient!
Sustainability is at the heart of what I do
All Suzanne Marie Paperie designs start their life as original artworks created through playful experiments with watercolour, pen and pencil. I love to experiment with colour and combine modern abstract painting styles with traditional drawing techniques.
Sustainability is at the heart of what I do and all of my cards and art prints are printed in small quantities in the UK onto recycled and fully recyclable papers. I use only papers made from recycled materials or alternative materials, so within my range you will find products printed onto papers made from recycled cotton, bamboo, agave nectar, eucalyptus and plantable seed paper. All of my packaging is plastic free and made from recycled paper, I don’t wrap greetings cards in cellophane and my products are 100% recyclable.

Shipping Policy
I aim to despatch orders within the below timescales:
Non-personalised orders: 1-3 working days
Personalised orders: 2-5 working days
Custom and bespoke orders: 10 - 14 working days
If I am unable to meet these despatch times, I will contact you to inform you of any delays. Should you need your order sending sooner than the above timescales please contact me before ordering.
Standard shipping is FREE via Royal Mail 2nd Class which aims to deliver within 2-4 working days, although this isn't guaranteed.
Should you need your item on a shorter delivery time, you can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class or 24 Hour Tracked delivery at the checkout.
Refund Policy & Returns
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at [email protected] and I will send you the address to return your item.
Unless your order arrives damaged or faulty I am unable to cover the cost of your return. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalised items (such as special orders or commissions). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
