Loyalty Scheme Terms
Our loyalty scheme is available to registered users who are logged in at the time of purchase. If you check out as a guest, you will not receive loyalty points. Points are assigned to the email address used during checkout.
Earn 3 loyalty point for every £1 spent. Points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 points = £1 to spend.
Once you’ve collected enough points, you can convert them into a unique discount coupon based on the exchange rate above. This coupon can then be used at checkout to receive money off your order. To convert your points into a coupon, go to My Account > Points & Rewards.
We reserve the right to change the earning or redemption rate of loyalty points at any time.
Points are added to your account once your order has been paid for and marked as complete. Your account balance will reflect this once the order is completed. If an order is cancelled or refunded, we reserve the right to deduct points from your balance based on the refunded value.
Please note: loyalty points have no cash value.
