Shipping Policy

UK ORDERS
Are sent via first class. I buy my postage online and so your order will have a qr code that is scanned on posting and delivery with a GPS fix.

Typically orders arrive within 1-2 days but this isn’t guaranteed.
If it hasn’t arrived 2 weeks after I have posted it, please do let me know so that I can open an investigation with Royal Mail for you. If it still in the Royal Mail system they will consider it lost and issue compensation so that I can either fully refund you or remake and send again.

The Mum Wisdom notebook is made using beautifully textured cotton paper produced in a UK paper mill from textile industry waste, giving new life to materials that would otherwise be discarded.

Each notebook is hand painted, hand stitched, and individually typed on my vintage typewriter Dorothy, meaning no electricity is needed during the typing process – just nimble fingers powered by tea and biscuits.

The pencil is made locally in Nottinghamshire from PEFC-certified wood, supporting responsible forestry and local manufacturing.

The handmade card is created using offcuts from other products in my studio, helping reduce waste and make the most of every piece of paper.

Yes – all orders are packaged using plastic-free, eco-conscious materials.
