Simply choose your colour scheme and enter any item, text, or shape of your choosing and we’ll lovingly hand ice each detail onto 13 of the 16 squares. Packaged in a beautiful gift box, it’s the perfect treat for your furry friend. Woof!
As standard, three squares will be pre-iced with ‘Woof’, ‘Bark’ and ‘Nom’ text.
Our dog biscuits are hand decorated with a specially formulated icing for dogs, which is 100% natural and is made entirely free from sugar. The colours we use in our treats are naturally derived from nothing but vegetables and fruits.
Made to our signature peanut butter and coconut cookie dough, our dog biscuits are made to an all-natural recipe with limited human-grade ingredients and are always dehydrated, never baked. Made with a special blend of grain and wheat free flours, each bite is free from added sugar, salt, xylitol, additives and preservatives.
Made by hand in small batches daily, there may be slight variances in the texture, consistency and colour of the product you receive.

Baking notice
So we can make your biscuit mail especially for you, we require 7-10 working days to dispatch all items. During busy periods this may be slightly longer. This excludes bank holidays and weekends.
We dispatch orders throughout the working day. Please allow us this time to prepare your order for dispatch before contacting us.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we aren't able to accept product returns for non-faulty items. If an item is sent out in error, or is damaged in any way, then a refund/replacement may be granted.
