How to order:
In the personalisation box, simply provide us with the names you’d like i.e., Mummy & Charlie and the year the child was born i.e., 1997.
Please note, we ask that customers carefully check the spelling and grammar of any personalisation before placing their order to ensure that all the details provided are correct.
We print all our designs professionally on white, premium 290gsm photo paper for a sharp, high-quality sheen finish. If you choose a framing option, we’ll finish your print in your selected frame colour with a premium glass front.
We take great care when posting your items to ensure they reach you in the condition they left us. We will deliver the print only in a cellophane bag, securely placed inside a hardback ‘Please Do Not Bend’ envelope. For framed prints, we package them with bubble wrap in a sturdy cardboard box, clearly labeled as fragile.
We’re happy to try and accommodate additional personalisation requests, but please do message us before ordering if you’d like any further changes.
Please note that we cannot accept refunds or returns on personalised items, as they cannot be reused or resold.
