Designed to draw a smile
Our small business is run from home in a little town called Holmfirth, by Sarah (pictured with her eldest), our creator/maker.
This little business was started in 2022 after Sarah decided corporate work was no longer fitting for her young family. Sarah juggles creating new products, making your orders, and family life (as we all do). Most of the creations come from her children, inspiring her to make items they will love.
As with many small businesses, the struggle is real, but nothing makes us happier than the little notification that someone has purchased one of the items we created – it certainly makes all the hard work worthwhile!

Shipping Policy
Once we receive your order, dispatch times will vary dependant upon the items purchased.
For ready-made items, we aim to dispatch these within 2 working days. If your item is personalised, it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
All items are shipped with Royal Mail, second class. If you require items urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss your requirements. If express delivery is required, there will be an additional cost for this.
Refund Policy & Returns
If you are not happy with your items, please advise within 48 hours of receipt.
If you would like to arrange a return, we will be happy to refund the items, as long as the good are in the original packaging and condition. We also need to receive the return within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your return.
Prior to returning the items, please contact us quoting your invoice number and reason for return.
Studio 2129 Designs is not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Please note that personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
