With a growing catalogue of over 100 different dog biscuit designs, we want to give you the opportunity to put your stamp on your very own set of dog treats, with our new bespoke biscuits option.
With the minimum number of biscuits starting from just 4 units, our bespoke biscuits option is tailored especially for you. Whether you’re ordering for your pup’s birthday, gotcha day, charity event or just because – we’ve got you covered!
Our workshop houses over 500 biscuit cutters providing you with any and every design you can think of – the sky is the limit.
Each of our dog biscuits are medium in size and are suitable for both small and large dog breeds.
Simply choose from the options above to build your set and include as much detail as possible around your custom requirements. Once your order has been received, we will come back to you within 3 working days, via email, with an illustration of your set to give you an idea of what to expect. This will also be your opportunity to make any changes and amends to the final set.
Should we need any further information from you in order to complete your set, we will simply contact you via the email address provided.
Please note that we will require a minimum of 13 working days to complete your bespoke order, which excludes delivery time. Please ensure you have allowed enough time for us to process your bespoke order in time for your desired delivery date.

So we can make your biscuit mail especially for you, we require 7-10 working days to dispatch all items. During busy periods this may be slightly longer. This excludes bank holidays and weekends.
We dispatch orders throughout the working day. Please allow us this time to prepare your order for dispatch before contacting us.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we aren't able to accept product returns for non-faulty items. If an item is sent out in error, or is damaged in any way, then a refund/replacement may be granted. Should you require an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected].
