Personalise your family print

You can include up to 12 names. When ordering, enter the names exactly as you would like them to appear and identify any pets so the correct paw-print icons can be added.

For example:

Steph, Callum, Daisy, Robb and Rolo (Dog)

When several names are required, the design can be arranged across two lines, with up to six names on each row. If you would like to include more than 12 names or request another change, please get in touch before ordering to discuss what may be possible.

Sizes and framing options

Choose from three print sizes:

• A5: 14.8 × 21cm – print only
• A4: 21 × 29.7cm – print only or framed
• A3: 29.7 × 42cm – print only or framed

Framed prints are available with a black or white wooden frame and a premium glass front.

Each design is professionally printed in the UK on premium 290gsm white photo paper, producing a clear and beautifully finished keepsake.

How to order

1. Select your preferred print size.
2. Choose print only, a black frame or a white frame.
3. Enter the family names in the personalisation box.
4. Clearly identify any cats or dogs that should be represented by paw prints.
5. Check all names and spellings carefully before placing your order.

Please ensure that the personalisation supplied is correct, as it will be reproduced exactly as entered.

Packaging and dispatch

Print-only orders are protected in a cellophane sleeve and sent inside a reinforced “Please Do Not Bend” envelope. Framed prints are carefully wrapped and packaged in a sturdy cardboard box marked as fragile.

Your personalised family print will usually be ready to dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Please note that personalised products cannot normally be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged, as they have been created especially for you.
