Undamaged Items:
You may return non-used items within 14 days of delivery for full refund.
Please contact us on [email protected] to arrange return and refund. Please note we do not refund delivery charges. Return address: 22 Holdenby Lane, Earls Barton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN6 0RN.
We recommend you return your item via Royal Mail and in good packaging. Proof of postage will be required. The cost of return is borne by you.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Damaged & Faulty Goods:
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, or has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 48hrs of receipt, providing supporting images for all damages. Once we have received your request, we will either offer you a replacement item or refund. If you have requested a refund for a damaged item, please return the item within 7 days. Refunds will be processed when the item has been returned.
