Baking notice
So we can make your biscuit mail especially for you, we require 7-10 working days to dispatch all items. During busy periods this may be slightly longer. This excludes bank holidays and weekends.
We dispatch orders throughout the working day. Please allow us this time to prepare your order for dispatch before contacting us.
Refund Policy & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we aren't able to accept product returns for non-faulty items. If an item is sent out in error, or is damaged in any way, then a refund/replacement may be granted.
