About Us
Dogs and treats go together like a match made in heaven, so much so we thought we’d dedicate a business to it. Established in 2020 and born from a love of baking and an even greater love of dogs, Fluff & Crumble celebrates the matrimony between mans (and woman’s) best friend and his favourite treat, with an extra-sprinkling of sass and peanut butter for good measure!

As artisans we take pride in crafting every single one of our treats by hand in small batches, making each and every single dog treat you receive unique in their own way.
Dog treats with benefits
We believe that we should only feed our dogs ingredients we would consume ourselves, therefore our treats are made with all natural (and organic where possible) ingredients, and are free from additives, preservatives, wheat, gluten, artificial ingredients, salt and sugar. So whether you’re sweet or savoury, crunchy or soft, join the #biscuitlife and indulge the dog you love.
Our accreditations
We are registered with our local council and regulated by trading standards and submit to regular inspections of our facilities. We are registered with DEFRA, fully insured and our entire range of dog treats have been tested by a UKAS accredited lab.
FAQ's
Our lead time is 7 working days and parcels ready for dispatch are released throughout the day from 9.00 – 17.00. A dispatch email will be sent to you during these hours. Please only contact us should you not receive a dispatch email after this time on your dispatch date.
Our entire range of dog treats are gently air dried and contain zero additives or preservatives and are naturally coloured with fruits and vegetables. Our Iced Dog Biscuit Collection has a shelf-life of three months, our Naked Collection has a shelf life of 8 months and our peanut butter has a shelf life of 12 months.
All of our treats are naturally sourced and do not contain any additives, preservatives, artificial ingredients, wheat/grain or added salt, sugar and xylitol. For more information view our ingredients page here to see the entire list of the ingredients we use and why.
We have consulted with Veterinarians to ensure the treats we provide are safe to consume by dogs. Always speak with a Veterinarian if you are introducing new foods into your dogs diet.

Shipping Policy
Baking notice
So we can make your biscuit mail especially for you, we require 7-10 working days to dispatch all items. During busy periods this may be slightly longer. This excludes bank holidays and weekends.
We dispatch orders throughout the working day. Please allow us this time to prepare your order for dispatch before contacting us.
Refund Policy & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we aren't able to accept product returns for non-faulty items. If an item is sent out in error, or is damaged in any way, then a refund/replacement may be granted. Should you require an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected].
