Refund Policy & Returns
Personalised Items
As the majority of our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been personalised, unless they are faulty, damaged, or an error has been made on our part.
Please ensure that all names, dates, spellings, and personalisation details are correct before submitting your order. We will personalise your item exactly as entered during checkout.
Non-Personalised Items
If you have purchased a non-personalised item and have changed your mind, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the problem.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
As we begin preparing personalised orders shortly after they are placed, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
